Director

Eduard Tolokonnikov

Eduard is a New York–based theater director
known for emotionally immersive,
psychologically rich productions that blend
intimate actor work with bold visual storytelling.

He graduated from one of the most prestigious
schools of drama in Europe, and after that
moved to NYC, working as a remote doctorate
theatre arts researcher and founding the Acting
and Directing Laboratory in 2020.

He staged multiple World and NYC premieres,
the latest of which are Baudelaire’s Passion – an
Off-Broadway show premiered in 2023 and had
a second run in 2025 – and Five Evenings – his
most recent Off-Off-Broadway show and NYC
premiere, which was extended to a second run
immediately following its debut due to strong
audience reception and commercial success.

Playwright

Don Nigro

Don Nigro is a legendary figure in contemporary theatre. His works have been performed in more than 40 countries, from Off-Broadway stages in New York to prestigious theaters across Europe.

Known for his dark humor, psychological depth, and gothic mystery, Nigro’s plays have become favorites among directors, actors, and audiences alike.

His most celebrated works include: Seascape with Sharks and Dancer, Ravenscroft, The Actor’s Nightmare, The Garden, and The Moonflower Vine.

Don Nigro’s unique voice and powerful storytelling have earned him a devoted international following — and now, for the first time ever, this story comes to life on stage in New York City.

Producer

Iryna Malygina

New York based actor and producer of this show. She holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts. Iryna has an extensive filmography in Ukrainian TV series, with over 40 roles to her credit. Prior to moving to the USA, she directed three stage productions in Kyiv, Ukraine. In New York, she has performed in four theatrical productions, including a world premiere and a show presented at the New York Theater Festival. This year, she starred as the main villain in the horror feature film The Mountain King.

Choreographer

Tatyana Kot

Tatyana Kot is a New York based theater and dance artist. She also holds a Master’s degree in History and Archaeology. Tatyana has trained as a movement artist with Kay Nishikawa (Nishikawa Collective) and Jessica Burr (Blessed Unrest theater company).

She has choreographed 9 world premieres of plays, including Don Nigro’s “The Chaplin Plays” and John Patrick Shanley’s “Candlelight”.

Best actress winner at Planet Connections theater festivity, Midtown international theater festival and First prize at Secondo Theater festival(Zurich, Switzerland).

Set Designer

Lesya Verba

Born and raised in Odesa, Ukraine, in 1979 — is a visionary multidisciplinary artist whose soulful murals, paintings, and performances bring history to life. She’s gained acclaim for large public works—such as her Jabotinsky murals in Odesa—while as a performer (singer, bandurist, actress) she’s a fixture in New York’s cultural scene. A bridge between art and memory, Lesya channels her heritage into each piece, proving that ‘the world is a canvas’.

Scenic Artist

Gennadiy Feldman

Gennadiy Feldman is a New York-based artist originally from Kyiv, Ukraine. He studied fine arts at the College of Art and Technology in Kyiv, where he began his career as a freelance artist, exhibiting and selling his work in galleries and salons. Later joined “UkrAnimaFilm”, as an animator and background artist before leaving to the United States in the early 90s.

After coming to New York, he became a member of “United Scenic Artists” and has since worked extensively in film and television, specializing in scenic art, while continuing his own practice on the side. His interest in theater informs his work, which blends fine art and theatrical design to create immersive visual experiences.

Costume designer

Vasilkova Anastasia(Nastia)

Born and raised in a bohemian family in the heart of Kyiv, surrounded by theater, music, and art, Anastasiia grew up behind the scenes of Kyiv’s most renowned stages — including the Kyiv Theatre on Podil and the Actor Theatre — as well as within the walls of the National Art Museum of Ukraine.

A costume designer and stage assistant, she has collaborated with director and actor Iryna Malygina on multiple theater productions in Kyiv. Based in Kyiv, Anastasiia continues to work internationally, most recently joining the New York production team remotely.

Her work reflects her love for music, tradition, and the living spirit of Ukrainian theater.

Olga Shendryk

A Kyiv-based costume maker and artisan who has been creating unique, handcrafted costumes for theater and film throughout her career. Olha has collaborated with director Iryna Malygina on several productions, bringing her own creative vision and exceptional craftsmanship to every piece. Her costumes always stand out on stage — vivid, detailed, and full of character.

Music Producer

Badimir

New York–based artist Badimir moves between sound and performance. Shaped by a multicultural background, he blends diverse influences into his creative world. As a music producer and DJ, he explores electronic textures infused with folklore and cinematic emotion. His work lives at the intersection of performance, sound, and storytelling.

Associate Producer

Olga Kosheleva

Olga Kosheleva is a New York–based journalist, TV and radio host, photographer, and producer. She began her career in journalism and photography, building a strong foundation in storytelling and visual arts.

After moving to New York, Olga expanded her work into broadcasting, becoming a radio and television host while continuing to develop her photography. She has also worked as a producer on television, short films, and theatre projects, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to every production.

Combining her roots with her New York experience, Olga creates work that bridges journalism, performance, and visual art. She continues to collaborate with diverse artists and pursue new projects across media and stage.

Liliia Boberets

Liliya is a Ukrainian-born, New York–based designer who transforms ideas into bold and stylish visuals.
She is the author of all our flyers and merchandise, ensuring the company maintains a cohesive and contemporary look.

Photographer

Krystyna Fylypenko

Krystyna Fylypenko is a portrait and performance photographer whose work explores authenticity, movement, and emotion. She finds beauty in the small, fleeting moments that reveal genuine human connection — both onstage and in everyday life. Based in New Jersey, Krystyna draws inspiration from music, light, and storytelling, capturing images that feel intimate, timeless, and alive.

Alexandra Vainshtein

Alexandra was born in St. Petersburg, former USSR. At the age of ten, she convinced her mother to enroll her in art school, which marked the beginning of her artistic journey. When Alexandra was fourteen years old, her family immigrated to Israel, where she had the opportunity to continue her education in the arts.

In 2002, she moved to New York City, where she found a vibrant environment that fueled her creativity. Today, Alexandra is an award-winning photographer and has had several exhibitions around the world, showcasing her talent and passion for the art.
